This simple, wall mountable female torso is made from buff coloured stoneware clay. The body has an impressed leaf motif, blending plant and body form into one. The leaves have been painted with copper oxide to add a green tone and then glazed with a matt, off white stoneware glaze 

The piece was designed to add interest to a shady wall in the garden where plants refuse to grow
